How Archive handles your information.
Effective October 2, 2026
This page explains what this website collects, what Archive does with it, and the choices you have. It covers thisisarchive.com. Membership applications are completed on a separate membership platform with its own terms.
What we collect
What you send us. When you request a private tour, ask about storage, send an inquiry, RSVP to an event, or join our list, we receive what you enter. That is usually your name, email address, phone number, and the details of your request.
How the site is used. Like most websites, this one records the pages that are visited, the site or advertisement that led a visitor here, and general information about the device and the area it is in. This record does not include anything typed into a form.
How we use it
- To reply to you and arrange what you asked about, whether a tour, storage, an event, or a partnership.
- To send club news and invitations, if you joined the list. Every email includes a link to unsubscribe.
- To understand which pages and advertisements are useful, so we can improve them.
Services this site uses
A few outside companies help run this website, and each one handles information on our behalf under its own privacy terms.
- Netlify hosts the site and receives the forms you submit.
- Google provides Google Analytics, which measures visits to the site, and the workspace where our team keeps a record of inquiries.
- Mailchimp sends email to people who joined the list.
- Meta measures our advertising on Facebook and Instagram, and may use that to show Archive advertising to people who have visited this site.
Cookies and your choices
Google Analytics and Meta place small files called cookies in your browser to recognize a returning visit. You can decide how these are handled.
- Your browser settings let you block or clear cookies. The site works without them.
- Google offers a browser add-on that turns off Google Analytics on every site.
- Meta's ad preferences control how your activity is used for advertising on Facebook and Instagram.
- The unsubscribe link in any Archive email removes you from the list.
Your requests
To see, correct, or delete the information you have sent us through this site, email info@thisisarchive.com and we will take care of it.
